Position Overview

Coke Florida is seeking a Sales Merchandiser (SM) based in Winter Haven. The role is full‑time, 5:00 AM–finish, five days per week with weekends required. The SM will be the primary Coca‑Cola associate in customer accounts, stocking and ordering products to meet consumer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain product displays and equipment placements in compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain appropriate product inventory levels in beverage sections, shelves and cold equipment, minimizing trade break, damage and loss.
  • Place timely and accurate orders per ad calendar, adjusting as needed.
  • Manage back stock inventory and trade breakage in assigned accounts.
  • Meet customer‑service expectations through daily communication and problem resolution.
  • Maintain professional relationships with co‑workers, customers and shoppers.
  • Ensure accounts meet merchandising standards and proper product facing and spinning.
  • Conduct store surveys and report equipment service needs.
  • Organize back‑room inventory and maintain cleanliness of equipment, sales floor and shelves.
  • Transport, replace and maintain point‑of‑sale advertising as appropriate.
  • Maintain punctual attendance, comply with company policies, procedures and applicable laws.
  • Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
  • Adhere to dress code and grooming standards.
  • Be willing to work overtime and adjust shifts as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must provide and maintain a personal vehicle for use during employee working hours.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver’s license and current vehicle liability insurance.
  • Clean driving record with no major moving violations in the last three years.
  • Ability to operate a manual or powered pallet jack or lift product, with certification as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate Degree or 1–2 year college; university degree preferred.
  • 1+ year sales or merchandising experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to use mobile applications and computer applications.
  • Experience working with minimal or no supervision preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Repetitive lifting, carrying and positioning up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Repetitive pushing and pulling of objects and manual transport equipment up to 100 yards without assistance.
  • Manual handling requiring fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination.
  • Physical endurance to stand 8–10 hours a day and walk 4 hours a day.
  • Ability to work in hot or humid indoor environments.
  • Use of an audio headset to receive directions in English.
