Here's what's needed:

Energetic, self-motivated sales professional with exceptional, listening and communication skills,
High School graduate, or equivalent. Some college preferred
Ability to work a flexible 5 day work schedule: days, evenings, weekends and holidays (Fourth of July, Black Friday, etc.)
Pleasant and polite manners when dealing with co-workers as well as customers (After nearly 7 decades, we still believe in the “golden rule”)
Sales and closing techniques
Basic reading, math, writing and communication skills
BILingual a PLUS!
Strong computer, email and internet proficiency with nimble keyboard skills
A commitment to high professional ethical standards of always doing the right thing!
Accountability for individual performance within a team environment
Verifiable positive track record of success, preferably in the area of Appliances, Bedding or big-ticket items.
Patience, resiliency and persistence backed by a results-oriented personality
Energy, enthusiasm and the ambition to flourish in a fast-paced sales culture.
Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 75 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance
Pass criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug test
And finally, you’re characterized as a person who’s “glass is ALWAYS half full…vs. half empty”
