At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, our Sales Associates are key to creating the Best Hour of Our Clients' Day. We are looking for a positive, energetic team member who enjoys talking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident asking for the sale.

• Welcome and greet guests and create an exceptional first impression.
• Educate clients on membership benefits, spa services, and promotions.
• Consistently meet and exceed membership sales goals.
• Build lasting relationships with members and guests.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries.
• Sell memberships, gift cards, enhancements, and spa packages.
• Follow up with prospective and existing members.
• Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skincare services.
• Help maintain a professional, clean and inviting spa environment
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive spa culture

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable discussing memberships and asking for the sale.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and remain profession in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
• Team player who enjoys celebrating wins together.

• Competitive hourly pay: $15-$18.00 per hour
