Residential Electrician​/Lead Tech in Winter Haven

Top Flight Electric of Winter Haven, FL is looking to hire a full‑time (45-50 hours weekly) Residential Electrician / Lead Tech to educate our clients on electrical safety issues as you diagnose and repair electrical issues in their homes. This position performs any and all residential electrical services including the installation of outlets, fixtures, panels, etc. Are you a skilled electrical technician who is a motivated team player and looking for a growing company to build a successful, long‑term career with?

This Lead Technician / Electrician position offers top base pay plus performance‑based bonuses, with total earning potential of $100,000 to $140,000+ per year.

• Minimum of 2 years field experience as a service electrician
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Service Titan experience a plus
• Comfortable in attic crawls and ditch digging
