Responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment and circuits, principally power distribution, motor control centers, and backup emergency switch gear. Provide indirect guidance and project‑specific management to others. Perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of facility equipment, primarily electrical and associated systems, in accordance with departmental, hospital, industry standards and regulatory agency codes. Maintain facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environments.

Work various shifts, weekends and be on call as needed. Requires knowledge of NFPA 99 guidelines and federal, state, local, and CMS codes and regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.

• 10 years experience as an electrician
• 5 years hospital experience
• 1 year high‑rise electrical system experience (preferred)
• 1 year mechanical system experience (preferred)
• Journeyman Electrician license

• OSHA 10‑hour certification within 90 days
• Must adhere to NFPA 99 guidelines and applicable codes
