In a full‑time position in Winter Haven, FL, we're looking for a confident, customer‑focused Residential Electrical Solutions Specialist to help homeowners solve electrical issues while earning top-tier income.

We offer base + commission with an earning potential of $240,000–$250,000 per year, plus a full benefits package including:

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience (no license required)
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
• Confidence in discussing solutions and closing service sales

You spend your day visiting residential homes, diagnosing and repairing electrical issues with precision and professionalism. You educate homeowners on safety, code compliance, and energy‑efficient upgrades, using our in‑house pricing software to present clear, upfront pricing with no surprises. You recommend solutions that improve reliability and efficiency, build trust through communication and follow‑through, and maintain accurate documentation of every job. Schedule:

Our shifts may vary during business hours, but your start time will be at 7:30 AM. On average, you can expect to work approximately 45 to 50 hours each week.

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
