We are actively searching for a full-time Refrigeration Repair and Installation Technician to join our expanding team in Winter Haven, FL, servicing the Polk County area.

You'll earn $25-$37 per hour
, along with weekly performance and sales bonuses, a company service vehicle and gas card, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic culture that encourages growth, innovation, and professional excellence.

With over 50 years of combined experience working on all types of air conditioners, we can fix any make or model as well as work on both single-unit and split heating and cooling systems. Our customers can rest assured that we'll find the problem with their unit and provide a solution. Each service technician has a minimum of 4 years of experience with most technicians having an average of 8 years or more.

• Comprehensive understanding of thermodynamic principles, electrical systems, and refrigeration components
• Proficient in using wrenches, screwdrivers, brazing torches, and other specialized tools
• Skilled in employing diagnostic equipment for effective problem identification
• Ability to lift heavy machinery, work in tight spaces, and remain on your feet for long durations
• Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical concepts in simple terms

As a Refrigeration Repair and Installation Technician, you will work on commercial cooling systems for restaurants, warehouses, grocery stores, and other businesses in Polk County. Your role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment like freezers, ice machines, and walk-in coolers according to specifications.

You will use specialized tools to locate refrigerant leaks, diagnose electrical issues, perform maintenance, and ensure optimal performance.
