As a Machine Specialist for the Walmart US account at WITRON, you will play a key technical role in supporting the execution of high‑priority maintenance activities across automated systems, including complex troubleshooting, component overhauls, system refurbishments, and improvement initiatives. Working closely with project teams, regional leadership, and onsite operations, you will ensure repairs and technical interventions are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal operational disruption.

You will also support technical planning, lead advanced diagnostic work, and contribute to reliable system performance through data analysis, root‑cause investigations, and strong documentation practices.

You are a highly skilled electromechanical technician with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and experience working with complex automated systems. You excel in structured troubleshooting, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Safety, reliability, and continuous improvement guide your work, and you take pride in delivering high‑quality technical results, supporting team members, and maintaining organized work practices.

Proactive and detail‑oriented, you contribute to a strong maintenance culture and help drive best practices across special assignments and project activities.

• Relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical qualification
• Post‑secondary training from a technical school or vocational program (e.g., Electrician, Millwright)
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent PC skills and ability to work with digital systems
• Strong sense of safety, responsibility, and professionalism
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within technical teams
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and shift schedules
• Committed to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

• 1–2 years minimum experience as an Electromechanical Technician
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing automated systems (e.g., conveyors, cranes, hoists)
• Skilled in mechanical repairs and use of hand/power tools (a must)
• Familiarity with AC systems up to 600/400/480 volts and DC systems up to 24 volts
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, symbols, and electrical measuring tools
