Bay Care in Winter Haven is seeking a Social Services Specialist II to provide therapeutic interventions, assessment, and coordination for discharge planning within a collaborative practice model. Part-time, 16 hours per week, with two shifts and occasional weekends.
Required 6 months internship or 1 year of social work in an acute care or hospital setting;
Masters in Social Work, Sociology, or related field is required, with a strong preference for a Master’s in Social Work.
