* Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

*** Safely load and unload trailers, ensuring proper handling of temperature-sensitive products.
* Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, quality, and condition.
* Stage and organize pallets in designated dock areas for efficient loading or storage.
* Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as needed.
* Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, ensuring all documentation is completed and submitted correctly.
* Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to prioritize dock assignments and meet shipping schedules.
* Follow cold storage handling procedures to maintain product quality and safety.
* Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety of the dock and surrounding work areas.
* Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or discrepancies immediately to supervision.
** Qualifications and Requirements:
*** Must be at least 18 years of age.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, dock, or cold storage environment preferred.
* Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification preferred or provided by employer).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow shipping/receiving procedures accurately.
* Comfortable working in cold environments for extended periods.
* Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by operational needs.
