365 Freight USA is hiring CDL‑A regional drivers for a dedicated lane based out of Winter Haven, FL. This position provides steady Florida store deliveries with preloaded, no‑touch freight, weekly home time, and consistent miles supported by a dedicated fleet manager.

• Starting pay: $0.60 CPM
• Average weekly miles: 1,800 to 2,200
• $120 metro run pay for loads under 200 miles
• $25 per stop (origins and final destinations excluded)
• $30 per hour detention pay after 2 hours from appointment time
• Preloaded freight out of the Winter Haven, FL distribution center
• No‑touch freight
• High‑value loads delivering to stores throughout Florida

• Home weekly
• Typically 2 to 3 nights out
• Saturday work required
• Operating area:

• Drivers on this lane run preloaded store‑delivery freight for a dedicated account.
• Loads are dispatched by dedicated fleet managers; daily communication occurs through Samsara or by phone.
