Yard Leadman

We are looking for a YARD LEADMANto join our WINTER HAVEN, FL plant. As a general laborer with Rinker Materials, you will contribute to one of the nation's largest manufacturers of reinforced concrete pipe, box, bridge, and other related infrastructure products for stormwater and sanitary applications.

The Yard Leadman oversees the handling, storage, and shipment of finished concrete pipe and related products. This position ensures safe and efficient use of yard equipment, accurate order fulfillment, and proper organization of materials. The Yard Leadman supervises the yard crew, coordinates with shipping and production teams, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The Yard Leadman is responsible for ensuring that only quality products meeting ASTM C-76, ASTM C-507, and FDOT specifications are shipped.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example in safety, attendance, and workethic.
• Assign and oversee daily yard crew tasks (loading, staging, organizing).
• Train new employees in safe handling, rigging, and yard operations.
• Motivate and support crew tomaintainproductivity and teamwork.

We Require:

• Serve as the primary contact between yard crew, production, and shipping.
• Report inventory shortages, damages, or delays to supervisors.
• Keep records of loaded shipments, product counts, and yard activity. Communicate clearly with drivers, crew, and supervisors.
• Be dependable, fair, and approachable as a leader.
