Key Responsibilities of the Construction Accounts Payable Specialist

• Manage subcontract documentation, including bonding, insurance verification, payroll reporting (when applicable), and pay‑request processing as the Construction Accounts Payable Specialist
• Process vendor payments and review vendor statements for accuracy and completeness as the Construction Accounts Payable Specialist
• Respond to inquiries from subcontractors, vendors, and project teams as the Construction Accounts Payable Specialist
• Monitor NTOs and process lien releases in accordance with project requirements as the Construction Accounts Payable Specialist
• Provide support during peak project periods with flexibility to work beyond normal hours as the Construction Accounts Payable Specialist

Qualifications for the Construction Accounts Payable Specialist

• 3+ years of accounts payable or accounts receivable experience; construction industry preferred
• NTO experience required; lien release knowledge strongly valued
• SAP or similar ERP system experience is a plus
