Atrium is partnering with a private real estate and development company in Orlando seeking a Property Accountant to join their growing team.

The Property Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records and general accounting for a portfolio of properties. The Property Accountant serves as a key financial liaison between property management teams and corporate leadership, providing advanced accounting expertise, analytical insights, and mentorship to junior accounting staff as needed.

• Document daily cash activity and perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Manage daily cash position for assigned properties.
• Enter financial transactions via journal entries.
• Keep detailed balance sheet accounts and monthly reconciliations.
• Execute month-end closing financial packets for the Controller to review.
• Support the Controller in carrying out variance analyses and P/L reporting.
• Keep detailed records of accounting procedures and SOPs.

• Experience performing accounting for multiple entities and expertise in intercompany transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• 3+ years of experience in property accounting, preferably in residential property management.
• Attention to detail and a goal‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP accounting systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
