- Direct responsibility for day-to-day accounting which may be in various stages
- Oversight of AP/AR, month/quarter/year end closing process
- Lead/Develop Staff/Senior Accountants and manage AP/AR staff
- Manager recovery reconciliations
- Reconcile deferred revenue and unbilled accounts receivable subledgers to the general ledger.
- Generate financial reports for senior leadership
- Monitor and analyze balance sheets, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Be the right hand to the CFO
- Monitor taxes and provide details for audit
- Complete monthly reconciliations of credit cards and bank statements
- Provide technical support to management team
- CPA is Required- candidates without CPA will not be considered
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field
- Minimum 10+ years experience in accounting
- Must have robust ERP experience
- Net Suite, Sage Intacct, etc - Strong technical, analytical, communication and presentation skills
