Rapidly growing boutique OBGYN practice in desirable Winter Park, Florida is seeking a full time TECH-SAVVY Healthcare Administrative Assistant. Candidates will be responsible for non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations in the medical office environment.
Experience with Athena Health EMR preferred.
Job Duties- Work with the Medical Director to maintain day to day function of the office
- Assist with interviews, onboarding, and training
- Create, maintain, and manage all filing and organizational systems for the practice
- Assist with protocols, website updates, handouts, and workflows
- Ensure call schedules are updated and emailed to the hospital
- Maintain calendar updates, oversee PTO
- Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures in conjunction with the Medical Director
- Audit schedules, follow up on outstanding charting/billing issues
- Work with Administrator on billing audits
- Work closely with key referral centers, hospitals, urgent care, and outpatient facilities
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and conferences
- Work in conjunction with social media platforms
- Assist in special projects
- Assist with marketing activities

- Formal Medical Office Management in Women's Health: 1 year (preferred)
