Automotive Warranty Administrator – Holler Classic Family of Dealerships

As the Automotive Warranty Administrator, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and the lives of team members and customers every day. We are looking for a driven, dedicated individual who is excited by the opportunity to join a successful team and continue to drive home the culture of success that has been built over nearly nine decades.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure all dealerships & warranty administrators follow each manufacturer’s policy & procedure guidelines
  • Ensure all dealerships follow each extended warranty company’s policy & procedure guidelines
  • Perform random dealership audits of repair orders
  • Ensure company expectations of warranty receivables values are attained
  • Assist with any clerical needs as directed by the fixed operations manager or the warranty administration manager
  • Maintain a professional appearance and an orderly work area
  • Perform other related duties as required
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years experience preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Task driven
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work comfortably with the public
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Pass background screening requirement
  • Reliable transportation
