We are seeking a qualified Records Clerk
. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out administrative services and supporting the Records Operations (Rec Ops) team. This position's ideal candidate has a strong work ethic and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic workplace.
This is a part-time position (20–25 hrs per week) in our office located 1560 N Orange Ave Suite 300, Winter Park, FL, 32789.
Responsibilities- Scanning, organizing, and sending radiology discs and medical records to litigation teams
- Clearing Records Operations’ virtual mailing system and electronic record portals & distribute records to relevant Rec Ops Agents / Legal Teams
- Perform general office duties such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail
- And other duties as assigned
- 1 year of experience in the legal field
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures
- Must possess the ability to multi-task, prioritize, handle a fast‑paced environment, and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision
- Highly organized with strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
- Computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
This role is on‑site, which gives you the chance to be fully immersed in the work and gain direct experience alongside the team.
