- Assist the Director in client management, including the development of a positive, on-going relationship with the client
- Handle all enrollment paperwork for the client company
- Manage the open enrollment process for all assigned clients to ensure employees are properly enrolled.
- Ensure all compliance items are properly prepared and filed
- Mantain the Agency Management System with all required data and pulling reports as needed.
- Participate in all operation team meetings
- A solution-based approach to problem-solving.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and adhere to customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- High level of comfort with technology
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years working in a role for an employee benefits broker
- Florida Insurance license 215
- Advanced MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
