Alterra is seeking a Seasonal Rental Supervisor to oversee daily operations at Winter Park Resort, with up to 20 employees per day. You will manage opening/closing, staff, reports, payroll, and inventory while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction. Weekend/holiday availability and early morning starts are required.
You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain standards, and collaborate with managers for staff development. Prior skiing knowledge is a plus.
