Housekeeper Winter Park

Family is seeking a long-term household professional with experience in high-end homes who takes true pride in their work. They are looking for someone proactive—an individual who naturally notices what needs attention, maintains organization, and creates systems to keep the home running smoothly.

The ideal candidate knows how to read a room, works comfortably around the family when they are home, and understands when to give space. This role requires physical stamina, as the home has multiple levels and frequent use of stairs. The private home is 7000 sq foot.

Above all, the family is looking for someone who genuinely wants to make the home the best it can be—someone invested in creating a well-maintained, welcoming, and beautifully lived-in space for years to come.

• Full housecleaning and upkeep
• Perform deep cleaning when required
• Keeping inventory of supplies
• Laundry, wash dry fold and organize
• Clean and stock restrooms
• Organization – closets, pantries, and common areas
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and discretion

• Has prior experience in a large private residence
• Is dependable, comfortable working around a family, children, and pets

• 10 days paid vacation
• Three (3) PTO days - Employee is eligible for a total of three (3) days, which may be used either as "sick" or "personal" time
