Project Superintendent- Construction

About the Job

• To provide on-site coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects in Central Florida, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
• Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
• No travel outside of Central Florida is required. Our standard work schedule is 40 hours per week (Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.). This position will require work outside standard working hours as needed for project specific requirements.
• Must have previous experience as construction project superintendent or equivalent experience.

• Project Bonuses:
  Based on performance and profitability of the company, at the sole option of the company.
• Profit Sharing:
  Based on the profitability of the company, at the sole option of the company, yearly distributions will be made to an eligible retirement account in your name. You must be employed for twelve consecutive months to be eligible for such profit sharing.
