Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Project Manager to join our fast‑paced engineering team. The role focuses on overseeing construction projects from conception to completion while ensuring timely, cost‑effective delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of construction project management, from planning to implementation.

Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate technical personnel throughout all phases.

Review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Manage and guide junior staff, providing mentorship and motivating performance.

Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, reporting any issues.

Conduct site checks to monitor progress and quality standards.

Develop and manage budgets and financial plans for projects.

Coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.

Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.

Maintain quality construction standards and proper techniques.

Qualifications

BS in Civil Engineering or related field is required.

3+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in roadway design and transportation engineering.

Professional Engineer (PE) license or Civil EIT certification is highly desirable.

Proven experience with design software, including Micro Station and AutoCAD.

Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.

Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate teams.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Ability to analyze problems and strategize solutions.

Strong understanding of industry rules and regulations.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
