• Manage all field activities from project startup through closeout.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Develop and implement project work plans and production schedules.
• Monitor productivity and adjust resources to maintain schedule commitments.
• Oversee installation of water, sewer, storm drainage, force mains, fire water mains, pump stations, and related utility infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and municipal standards.
• Lead utility conflict resolution and unforeseen field condition management.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and project turnover activities.

• Direct and mentor foremen, operators, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct daily production meetings and weekly planning sessions.
• Establish performance expectations and accountability throughout project teams.
• Support workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
• Foster a positive team culture focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

• Promote and enforce all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Investigate incidents and near misses while implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure all personnel maintain required certifications and safety training.
• Drive a zero-incident safety culture across all projects.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers regarding budgets, schedules, and project performance.
• Participate in owner, engineer, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Review project schedules and identify potential risks before they impact production.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, production tracking, and project documentation.
• Assist with project forecasting and resource planning.

• Serve as the primary field representative for clients, inspectors, utility authorities, and consultants.
• Build strong relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
• Resolve project concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Promote customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
