Customer Care Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- overseeing the customer service team and daily operations
- developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
- handling escalated customer complaints and issues
- training and mentoring customer service representatives
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in customer service
- 2+ years in a managerial role
- leadership and organizational skills
- communication and problem-solving abilities
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
