As a full‑time Dental Treatment Coordinator, come join our community of collaborative, high‑quality clinical, business and operations professionals.
Full Time ScheduleMonday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

- Answers incoming calls to include new patients and emergencies
- Dental Front Desk Coordinator responsibilities
- Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
- Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
- Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
- Presenting treatment plans
- Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
- Appointment scheduling
- Requesting records
- Patient follow ups
- Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
- High school diploma required
- Dental front office and treatment coordinating experience required
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn n
- Dental practice software experience, Denticon experience preferred
- Must have a proven track record of presenting treatment plans and gaining case acceptance by securing appointments and payment for services.
- Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor and able to resolve conflict
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multi‑tasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with a team
- Energetic team player with a positive outlook on serving the needs of our patients and the business
