Dental Treatment Coordinator in Winter Park, Florida
.

As a full‑time Dental Treatment Coordinator, come join our community of collaborative, high‑quality clinical, business and operations professionals.

Full Time Schedule

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Establishing trusting relationship with new patients
  • Tracking pending and incomplete treatments
  • Brief patients on treatment plans and practice’s policies
  • Presenting treatment plans
  • Making sure dental goals are being met in regard to dental services
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Requesting records
  • Patient follow ups
  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance
  • High school diploma required
  • Dental front office and treatment coordinating experience required
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn n
  • Dental practice software experience, Denticon experience preferred
  • Must have a proven track record of presenting treatment plans and gaining case acceptance by securing appointments and payment for services.
  • Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor and able to resolve conflict
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multi‑tasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with a team
