This position is for a senior project manager and designer. It requires that the candidate will have experience in Central Florida managing clients, projects and staff at our Winter Park office. This candidate should have experience and relationships in all aspects of permitting with Central Florida counties and municipalities.
Responsibilities- Direct and oversee preparation and completion of projects and staff.
- Make presentations to local planning boards, elected officials and community meetings.
- Coordinate with various other disciplines and team members.
- Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
