- have a min of 3 years’ experience in detailing
- share a Digital portfolio of applicable Interior Design work
- have a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.

Summary Responsibilities- Excel in Multi-family and high-end residential design, projects and components, and contribute to concepting for interior architectural details for a variety of styles and project types in REVIT and CAD.
- Produce accurate high-quality working drawing sets from Schematic to Design Development to Construction Documents utilizing advanced proficiency REVIT and CAD experience in a fast-paced environment implementing and following all BHID standards for drawing sets.
- Create custom sections and details considering materiality, constructability and budget for residential and multi-family projects.
- Coordinate with other members of the interior detailing team and project designers, including respectful exchange of ideas when required for residential and commercial projects.
- Be able to multi-task several projects at once, staying productive & efficient, communicate regularly with the team.
- Attend site visits to ensure design integrity and document findings.
- Proficiency with a variety of codes such as Accessibility (ADA), ANSI, Fair Housing, Fire, Florida Building Codes and Best Design Practices.
- Coordinate other consultant drawings, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, Low Voltage, Landscape etc with .
- Knowledge of framing, structure and MEP/FP.
- Review RFI's and Shop Drawings, stamping using Bluebeam and returning using Procore or other project management softwares.
- Understand, interpret and translate the Clients' needs and Scope of Work
- Commit to deadlines, maintaining strong time management and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Enscape, Procore, BIM
360, Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva, PowerPoint and Outlook. - Even temperament and friendly disposition.
- Bachelor Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture.
- 3 years minimum professional experience.
