The Wrap Specialist partners with children, youth, families, community organizations, and service providers to coordinate individualized, family-driven support plans that promote positive outcomes. This role facilitates Family Team Meetings, connects families to community resources, and helps build sustainable networks of formal and natural supports. The Wrap Specialist serves as an advocate, educator, and facilitator, ensuring services are culturally responsive, strength-based, and aligned with program values and standards.

Salary: Starts at $18.00 (set rate)
Schedule: Full time;
Flexible schedule to accommodate families scheduled; this is NOT a 9-5 position
- Up to 24 PTO days/year (increases with service)

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Criminology, Juvenile Justice, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Special Education, Education, Human Development, Child Development, Family Development, Marriage and Family Therapy, and/or Nursing required
- Certified as a Targeted Case Manager (CBHCM) preferred
- One year experience working with families and children OR
- One year experience working with child welfare and data management systems OR
- One year experience working in a mental health, substance abuse, solution focused framework and/or wraparound
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Successfully pass pre-employment medical screenings which include:
