* Support skills assessments, job-readiness evaluations, and progression sign-offs.

* Oversee NETA certifications, PE and electrical licenses, CDL, crane/rigger certifications, and customer-required credentials.

* Serve as RMS's NETA Certified Representative, managing audits, reporting, compliance, and relationship governance.

* Maintain audit-ready records and coordinate with HR and Operations to ensure workforce compliance for project assignments.

* Manage multiple concurrent training projects with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

* Oversee facility scheduling, instructor assignments, SME availability, equipment readiness, and curriculum development.

* Direct vendors for training equipment, simulators, LMS, materials, and certification programs.

* Provide regular updates to the CHRO and executive leaders on program status, pipeline throughput, and risks.

* Track and report KPIs such as pass rates, throughput, readiness, retention impact, and progression velocity.

* Measure training ROI through operational performance, safety outcomes, and workforce stability.

* Deliver executive-level reporting that shows program impact and workforce pipeline health.

* Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as VR/AR, digital twins, simulation environments, and mobile learning.

* Benchmark RMS programs against NETA, IEEE, NFPA, IEC, IBEW, OEM, and industry best practices.

* Continuously refine labs, curriculum flow, delivery methods, and competency models.

* Assume other duties as assigned.

The Experience We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Technology, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent field experience).

* 7+ years in electrical services, power systems, substation, transformer, or similar technical environments.
