You'll have the opportunity to build valuable skills in customer service, sales, communication, and operations while also working in a hands‑on environment.

When you arrive at a job, you're representing 1-800-GOT-JUNK?. You'll be the person the customer sees, talks to, and trusts.

That means you'll:

• Listen carefully and understand what the customer needs.
• Explain the service and pricing clearly.
• Provide estimates and answer questions.
• Leave customers feeling confident that they made the right choice.

Then comes the physical side of the job. You'll work with your teammate to lift, carry, load, and remove items up to 75 lbs., while treating the customer's property with care and leaving the area clean.

We're looking for someone who can bring energy and professionalism to the same job.

You should be comfortable starting conversations, asking questions, explaining options, and confidently discussing pricing. At the same time, you need to be ready to work with your hands and stay active throughout the day.

The ideal candidate is:

• Motivated by great customer experiences and sales results.
• Comfortable with physical work.
• A team player who enjoys working alongside others.
• Open to learning and growing.

The pay range is $17–$20/hour, with additional opportunities through tips and bonuses. You'll receive paid training, and full-time team members can qualify for health, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) matching after one year, company uniforms, referral bonuses, and team performance incentives.

• Valid driver's license
• Clean 3-year driving record
