Currently, we have an exciting Foreclosure Title Review Processor opportunity with a well-established national real estate services firm specializing in default servicing, including foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, and title solutions. Responsibilities- Reviewing title reports and date-down endorsements provided by the title company.
- Verifying the accuracy of Affidavits of Authority and ensuring proper chain of title assignment.
- Reading and interpreting title chains while reviewing bankruptcy cases.
- Analyzing parcel maps and verifying property details with precision.
- Utilizing Excel spreadsheets for documentation and data management.
- Communicating through multiple client websites and maintaining clear updates.
- Solving issues proactively and working efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Managing general office tasks such as copying, filing, and answering phones.
- Handling mortgage documents, loan files, and appraisals accurately.
- Minimum of 1 year of title review experience, with the ability to analyze, cure, and write title reports.
- Experience preparing and curing title commitments or defects (not limited to loan closing experience).
- High School Diploma or higher.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage documents and computer proficiency.
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
- Background in the mortgage, foreclosure, escrow, or title industry.
Pay Rate Range
: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
