Job Summary
Merrill Wealth Management is a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services for individuals, companies, and institutions. This role supports the Financial Advisor (FA) team to further develop and enhance existing client relationships and serves as the key point of contact for clients on non‑administrative requests while supporting relationship management activities, developing, implementing, and monitoring the team’s client service model.
Responsibilities- Track all client actions and activities to ensure the highest level of client service and present time‑sensitive updates to the team.
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction and manage the resolution of client escalations.
- Attend client review meetings to assist with relationship deepening conversations.
- Execute the team service model—including engaging with specialists and partners to address client needs, capturing notes, following up in Salesforce, and tracking all actions.
- Manage aspects of the client relationship process, including client onboarding and resolving escalations.
- Assist the Financial Advisor team and/or Senior Business Managers in developing and monitoring the team’s client book segmentation strategy.
- Hold Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses or the combination of Series 7 and 66 licenses.
- Obtain all required state registrations for the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) supported.
- Maintain a Form ADV‑2B, which provides clients with details of the individual’s experience and educational background.
- Complete SAFE ACT registration and maintain compliance with all associated requirements.
- Maintain at least one firm‑approved designation.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority.
- Be detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Possess thorough knowledge of the suite of Wealth Management products and services.
- Prove ability to manage risk and support sound decision making.
- Research escalated client issues to provide effective responses and resolutions.
