Compensation In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives and equity. Actual compensation is based on industry salary ranges, internal salary structures, experience, skills and other job-related factors.

We're looking for a Universal Banker to be one of the front faces of the Bank and our customer's go-to person for service excellence and consultative management of their banking needs. As a floater, routine travel is required between our four branch locations:
Winter Park, Downtown Orlando, Mount Dora, and St. Petersburg. You'll combine the precision of teller transactions with the energy of sales and relationship-building, giving you the opportunity to engage customers across multiple channels. You'll be empowered to promote Climate First Bank's full suite of products and services, while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset in every interaction.
