PCE is an investment bank and valuation firm providing various financial services targeted to middle-market private businesses. We have created a unique environment based on teamwork and inter-disciplinary cooperation while simultaneously emphasizing the importance of family. We offer colleagues the flexibility to align their personal and professional goals through generous PTO and a wide array of benefits.

PCE is excited to welcome applications for our three-year Investment Banking Analyst Program, designed primarily for graduating seniors but also open to candidates with limited professional experience. This structured program provides comprehensive training, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to live transactions from the start.

Description

PCE is seeking 2027 college graduates to be a part of our analyst program in our Winter Park, FL office. The program serves our M&A and ESOP Investment Banking practices. Analysts work directly with our associates and vice presidents on active mergers, acquisitions, and debt & equity private placement transactions, including bank debt. Responsibilities include financial statement modeling, forecasting, researching current transactions, staying abreast of industry trends for market research, ESOP feasibility studies, public company analysis, and all other areas of investment banking and business valuation.

Our analysts work in small, client-focused teams within the investment banking group devoted to helping PCE's clients achieve their financial and strategic objectives. Analysts have access to all parts of the deal process. The successful candidate will have opportunities to work closely with senior deal team members, interact with clients and contribute to the team's success. The right candidate will gain more responsibility in a timely manner.

PCE is focused on giving our colleagues the tools to position themselves for success. New hires will spend significant time learning to model transactions, develop presentations, utilize our research databases, and manage data rooms. We will also sponsor you for FINRA licenses, continuing education, and certifications such as the CFA.

The position lasts three years with a start date between January 2027 and June 2027 (we are flexible).

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a demonstrated understanding of business finance in a related field is required. Candidates should possess a strong finance or accounting background and excellent quantitative, writing, and communication skills. We seek individuals who have first-rate interpersonal skills, can work in a team environment, and have an entrepreneurial drive and spirit while providing excellent client service.

PCE is unable to sponsor applicants for work visas.
