Loan Operations Support Specialist

The Loan Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to Pinnacle's loan processing and servicing teams. This role ensures the accurate handling of loan documentation, assists with compliance and reporting requirements, and helps maintain efficient workflow across the loan operations department. The specialist collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues, implement process improvements, and deliver high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation, review, and processing of loan documentation for accuracy and completeness; support compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements; maintain and update loan records and databases; generate and distribute operational reports as needed; collaborate with underwriting, servicing, and other departments to facilitate workflow; assist in identifying and implementing process improvements; respond to internal and external inquiries regarding loan operations;
  
  support audits and quality assurance initiatives; provide administrative support to the loan operations team; stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field;

Minimum Experience:

minimum of 10 years of experience in loan operations, banking, or a related field;

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: strong attention to detail and organizational skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency with loan management software and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; knowledge of loan documentation and regulatory requirements preferred.
