Are you interested in providing critical intervention to adolescents and adults with severe emotional and behavioral health needs? If so, Devereux has a great opportunity for you! We are seeking to hire a compassionate individual to join our team.
Position Details- Pay Range:
Starts at $54,000 - $61,560 annual (BCaBA), or $62,000 - $70,680 annual (BCBA). Salary is based on relevant education and experience. - Schedule:

Winter Park, FL
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement clients’ master treatment plans, work within a multidisciplinary team to review clients’ treatment and goals, assess progress and future needs, oversee assessment and discharge planning process, and establish goals for reduction in challenging behavior.

- Bachelor’s degree in behavior analysis, mental health, social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, or a human services field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst or BCaBA required; BCBA preferred
- 1+ years experience developing and performing behavioral assessments and evaluating programs
- Experience working with children and adolescent populations preferred
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Commitment to a two‑week paid new‑hire orientation class (approx. 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday‑Friday)
- Pass pre‑employment medical screenings (drug test, TB test)
