Provides safe and reliable transportation for residents to appointments, outings, and community activities, supporting transportation needs of the campus while ensuring safety, timeliness, and excellent customer service.

• Provide safe, courteous, and reliable transportation for residents
• Assist with scheduled trips, appointments, and outings
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of vehicles
• Follow DOT guidelines and complete required transportation logs
• Use Worx Hub to manage and track transportation schedules
• Report any incidents, concerns, or resident issues to appropriate staff
• Support transportation needs across all levels of care
• Complete required trainings (annual, quarterly, monthly)
• Follow all policies while maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality
• Availability for some evenings and weekends

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid North Carolina driver's license
• Prior driving or transportation experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Ability to obtain CPR/BLS certification within 5 months of hire
