RPO Healthcare Recruiter, Hospice and Post-Acute

Evergreen RPO partners with private equity backed healthcare organizations to run their hiring as an extension of their internal team. This role supports a single client account: a hospice care provider in the Atlanta metro area that is expanding across Georgia through acquisition and new locations.

You will be dedicated to this client full time. You will work inside their brand, often from their email domain, and partner directly with their HR lead. You will not be splitting attention across a dozen accounts. Recruiting is 100% of the job.

This is a build role. The client has been running clinical hiring through one person who also carries a full HR workload. You are coming in to give that work a dedicated owner.

• Own requisitions end to end for clinical and clinical support roles: RNs, LPNs, CNAs, hospice aides, on call and triage nurses, case managers, admissions nurses, social workers, chaplains, and bereavement staff
• Source actively rather than waiting on applicant flow. Job boards, direct outreach, referral generation, local nursing programs, and passive sourcing through our Market Sync Talent Engine
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates against a defined intake profile
• Coordinate the credentialing path: state licensure and compact status, background and health screening, driving records, and anything else the role requires
• Extend offers, manage the accept, and hand off cleanly to onboarding
• Run 30, 60, and 90 day check ins with every hire and accelerate flight risk early
• Maintain high touch communication through the offer and start window, including by text, which is where most candidates in this space actually respond
• Feed what you learn about why people leave back into how we hire

• Maintain accurate, current data in our applicant tracking system
• Contribute to weekly reporting on openings, time to fill, offer accept rate, and retention at 30, 60, and 90 days
• Meet regularly with the client's HR lead to prioritize openings and adjust strategy by location
• Flag patterns across locations. Part of the value we deliver is visibility the client does not have today.

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting, with meaningful time spent on clinical or healthcare roles
• Experience recruiting in a high volume environment where multiple openings are live at once
• Comfort with credentialed and licensed hiring, and the patience the verification process demands
• Strong applicant tracking system discipline. If it is not in the system, it did not happen.
• Ability to work embedded in a client's brand and process without needing your own spotlight

• Hospice, home health, palliative, or post-acute recruiting experience
• Familiarity with the Georgia clinical labor market, or multi site recruiting across a single state
• Experience supporting an organization through acquisition or new location openings
• Agency or RPO background, where speed and accountability to a client are the norm

• You move fast and follow up faster
• You are comfortable telling a client something is not working before they notice
• You care about whether the person you placed is still there in six months
