Details

We are seeking a Business Litigation Associate with several years of experience to join our Orlando office. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent writing and analytical skills, and experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.

Salary: $165,000 – $230,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in a wide range of business litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and shareholder issues.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
  • 3–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Experience with complex commercial litigation.
  • Familiarity with Florida state and federal court procedures.
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional development.
