• Prep product for final paint application
• Sanding and/or masking product for final painting application
• Clean and inspect product for final paint application

• Preferred minimum 1 year experience in automotive paint application (Akzo Nobel — Sikkens preferred)
• Ability to use DA sanders, air grinders, buffers and similar tools
• Ability to use common hand tools
• Attention to detail and practices that lead to an acceptable paint finish
• Ability to communicate and follow directions in English

• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing up and down ladders
• Ability to operate and understand the operation of all protective safety equipment in the area
• Ability to work in 100‑degree heat for excess of ten (10) hours per day
