Westminster Winter Park, a beautiful lakeside Active Living Community in Winter Park, has an open position for a Housekeeper (full-time). We are a church-related, not-for-profit community service organization dedicated to providing services for older adults. This full-time position requires flexibility to work every other weekend.

The Housekeeper cleans residences, apartments, Health Center rooms and bathrooms, and residential common areas.

• Responsible for cleaning homes, condominiums, studio apartments, Health Center rooms and common areas; may work outdoors in various weather conditions and transfer between buildings.
• Sanitize Health Center rooms after a move-out or prior to a move-in.
• Maintain dining areas cleaned and sanitized at least twice daily.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks: dusting, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of assigned work areas.
• Remove garbage, including biohazards removal (by contracted vendor), from assigned areas.
• Complete cleaning duties/functions as contracted by independent residents.

• High school education or equivalent; up to one month related experience or training.
• Experience and basic knowledge: working with older adults in a healthcare setting is desirable, preferably a minimum of 6 months.
