• Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

• Lead and optimize efficient operations
• Translate strategy into measurable outcomes
• Set high-level standards and workflows
• Manage and hold operational staff accountable
• Optimize resources, vendors, and budgets
• Forecast and develop new opportunities for ancillary income that support the business model.
• Collaborate closely with lead agents to scale the organization through increased infrastructure optimization
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute business strategies
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and performance metrics
• Coordinate the recruitment, training, and development of staff and agents
• Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competition to adjust operational strategies accordingly
