Watercrest Senior Living is looking for an exceptional team member to join the Watercrest Family and continue to live our the Mission and Vision; ensuring The Experience is Everything! As the Vice President of Sales Operations, you will be in a strategic executive leader responsible for driving occupancy growth, revenue performance, and sales effectiveness across the organization’s portfolio of communities. This role provides oversight of sales systems, processes, analytics, and team performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals and market demand.

The Vice President of Sales Operations partners closely with regional and community sales leaders, marketing, operations, and executive leadership to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies that enhance lead generation, conversion, and customer experience. They establish performance metrics, forecasting models, and reporting structures to monitor trends, identify opportunities, and implement scalable solutions that improve results.

Frequent travel is required among our various states - FL, SC, VA, and TX
