Assistant Project Manager

A growing multifamily construction company is hiring an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to work on high‑profile multifamily developments. The role offers high autonomy and direct mentorship by senior executives.
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of multifamily construction experience
• Experience supporting wrap‑style multifamily or podium construction projects
• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Knowledge of Florida construction regulations, permitting, and inspections
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment
