Client Associate

Responsibilities

• Help support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• Direct contact with sophisticated high and ultra-high net worth clients including executives, business owners, multigeneration families and complex layered entities on daily inquiries and account servicing (general account queries, service requests, investment orders, distributions, etc.)
• Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
• Support with documentation for client meetings, business trips, investment proposals and the like
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a client matrix for scheduling and follow up with clients and prospects
• Manage a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment, while delivering accurate and timely results
• Educate clients on comprehensive account services and capabilities of the team
• Plan, create and implement team marketing events and marketing materials

• Client service experience within the finance, hospitality or similar industries
• Unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
• Team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
• Works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
• Preferably already registered and licensed with FINRA - SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor Degree preferred
