Schedule- Weekend Supervisor (Saturday & Sunday)
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
The RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for managing clinical staff and operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork.
Responsibilities- Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical activities.
- Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee clinical operations and assist with staffing needs.
- Handle admissions, discharges, and incident reporting.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team.
- Promote a positive and team‑focused work environment.
- Address and resolve patient and family concerns.
- Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety.
- Manage staffing levels and adjust as necessary.
- Support resident rights, safety protocols, and collaborative team dynamics.
- Promote positive interactions with residents, families, and visitors.
- Current RN license.
- Prior supervisory experience in healthcare.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
