Job Description:
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am- 5 pm
Location: Advent Health Winter Park
- Coaches leaders and hospital staff on best practices to improve patient experience.
- Collaborates with executive leaders to meet facility and regional needs, develops and monitors project workplans to completion.
- Works with senior leadership on accountability, performance reviews, and action plans.
- Organizes consulting priorities and ensures focus on critical areas for patient experience improvement.
- Leads measurable improvements based on goals established with Patient Experience leadership.
- Understands and stays current on CMS CAHPS requirements, Value-Based Purchasing, CAHPS survey processes, results, and statistical significance. Conducts engaging training classes and meetings in support of key initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Graduate of a school of Nursing – associate in nursing (ASN) required.
Bachelors – preferred.
Work Experience- 3+ years of healthcare related experience.
- Microsoft Office and Epic experience – preferred.
- Demonstrated history of leading strong improvement results in patient experience.
- Registered Nurse (RN) – Required.
Pay Range: $32.76 - $57.47
