The Physician Assistant under the supervision of a treating Physician is responsible for the comprehensive care of gynecologic patients. The role includes routine assessments, procedural support, and collaboration with the medical team to ensure consistent, high‑quality patient outcomes.

• Performs physical examinations of gynecologic patients; evaluates and treats acute and chronic conditions.
• Assists in surgical cases (e.g., hysterectomies, hysteroscopies, organ prolapse repairs, myomectomies) in the hospital setting 1–2 days a week.
• Conducts procedures such as IUD removal and insertion, biopsies, and Nexplanon insertion/removal.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests, including routine labs and imaging.
• Monitors patient progress and refers to physicians or specialists when necessary.
• Orders pre‑operative and post‑operative medications; collaborates with physicians to coordinate care.
• Maintains a caring, professional attitude and supports personal and professional growth.
• Establishes effective working relationships with staff, patients, and the public; demonstrates strong communication skills.

• Monday–Friday outpatient clinic.
• Primary campus:
  Advent Health Winter Park.
• Additional coverage as needed at Advent Health Winter Garden, Celebration, Kissimmee, and Apopka.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective medical decision‑making ability.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, and patients.

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner preferred.

• Current, valid Florida PA or APRN license.
• Certification by NCCPA, ANCC, or another nationally recognized organization.
• BLS & ACLS certification.
