• Rounds and assesses patient care units to evaluate patient conditions, identify staffing needs, and provide support to caregivers.
• Advises and directs nursing personnel, responds to Code Blue situations, and manages clinical emergencies.
• Acts as liaison for patient movement and bed assignments, promoting cost-effective management of staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Represents nursing administration during off-shifts, authorizes consent or treatment during admissions, and serves as incident commander for disasters.
• Fosters exceptional patient experiences through compassionate communication and effective relationships with patients, visitors, staff, and leadership.

Weekly 6 pm-6 am

• Education:
  
  Associate's of Nursing (required), Bachelor's of Nursing (preferred), Master's of Nursing (preferred)
• Work Experience:
  
  2+ years leadership experience as an assistant nurse manager and/or nurse manager or equivalent, 2+ years staff nurse experience in PCU and ICU (required)
• Licenses and
  
  Certifications:
  
  Registered Nurse (RN) (required), Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) (required)
